We are so busy going around with the cares of life and being overwhelmed with everything that is going on in the world, the news, entertainment, the wars, and rumors of war, all these things distract us from ourselves.

When was the last time that you meditated on the word of God?

When was the last time you sat down in prayers and focus on your spirituality?

If you cannot remember, or you remembered but it has been a long time since you have, I want you to address this situation right now —– do not delay!

Your spiritual health is even more or just as important as your physical health and needs your attention.

My people, be content to know that God is forever with you, and that within you there is a point of contact with the Him with the Divine, a spark of fire from the Creator’s own heart – flame of Life – The Holy Spirit.

If you acknowledge and pay attention daily to this flame within your heart it will amplify the power of the divine and illumination of Love within your being. Each such attention will produce a new sense of dimension of purpose for you, if not outwardly apparent then subconsciously manifest within the folds of your inner thoughts. It will be your guidance as you journey through life.

Your heart is the altar of God, neglect not this. If God is seated on the altar of your heart, it will show forth in your manifested being.

Draw from God the power of Love and amplify it within your heart. Then sent Love out into the world at large, let it be a bulwark which shall overcome the darkness in the world.
